Ulduar heroic clear

Being occupied lately (?!), I’ve not so much time for personal entertainment, but thanks to my World Of Warcraft guild The Sentenced, I can help them with my Druid’s healing even on semi casually basis. And I was honored to be present during first guild kill of the final boss Yogg-Saron of lately introduced Ulduar instance. Comparing to other bosses in Ulduar, Yogg-Saron requires a lot of focus, team work and accepts no mistakes. But it is greatly designed fight, with a lot of emotions especially in the last phase with hard-hitting add spawns and enrage timer ticking. Anyway, we did it, as the first Horde guild on our realm (3rd on server) and big kudos for everyone that participated in that fight.

However, there is one more bonus boss in Ulduar – Algalon. But accessing him is only possible after completing some hard modes of other bosses and then, the Algalon is present for only one hour per instance reset (per week). Thus it will take some time to get to him and to kill him.

Small break

Everybody needs a small break. Together with my girlfriend we’ve spent last weekend in Poraj (Poland) on The Sentenced guild meeting. The Sentenced is polish World of Warcraft raiding guild on The Venture Co. [EU] realm. One of the best PvE polish guilds in WoW btw ;) As actually I have almost no time to play any game, this event was simply great. I’ve met a lot of guys that I knew only from game / vent / forum – a little shocking experience sometimes ;)

We’ve had great time there but as today is Monday – it is time to get back on track :)

Blizzard has updated 2.1.0 patch site

New content was posted today to official 2.1.0 patch site – i.e. Black Temple trailer and new wallpaper. This patch is long awaited by all WoW:Burning Crusade players as it is will introduce major changes to game as well as new dungeons, quests and Black Temple raiding instance.

Playing World of Warcraft quite rarely due to time pressure I’m happy to see a nice new official page prepared exclusively for the Burning Crusade expansion. Having access to Burning Crusade beta test I must say that this expansion will be outstanding, especially for players that are playing casually or are not members of highly organized raid guild. Level 70, new dungeons, new two races, new profession, new areas, new mounts etc… Simply great.

These stats are very interesting. It seems that World of Warcraft is dominating. And I wasn’t playing it for over 2 weeks :/ I hope to find some time soon and fall back to the great fantasy world that WoW provides…

World of Warcraft 1.9 lag issue

Unfortunelly the new WoW patch has introduced strange lag issue. Today selling items in Undercity’ auction house was almost impossible. I was waiting about 30 seconds to information that auction has been started. Even in the quests there were terrible lags with item looting etc. It sucks. Hard.

World of Warcraft patch 1.9 released

The long awaited patch 1.9 for World of Warcraft has been released yesterday on European servers. It adds some content such as 2 huge (20 and 40 man) raid dungeons and new features such as linked Action Houses. Unfortunelly my level 18 undead mage Deatheron is far away from reaching new dungeons but i hope we will be… sooner or later ;)
