High Elves - starting view (The Blighted Isle) Date: 09/16/2008 This is a starter view in Elves starting area - The Blighted Isle.
First quest Date: 09/16/2008 And it is time to get first quest :) The quest givers are nicely marked, even on minimap and global map (if you are close enough to them).
Starting village Date: 09/16/2008 This is the Village where we start. It is very nice and crowded. On the right side of the screen we can see Quest Tracker with the quest I've just got. Another nice idea from WoW :)
Distant city Date: 09/16/2008 This distant city, or city towers looks very promising. Maybe I will get there at some point.
Tome of Knowledge Date: 09/16/2008 This is the wellknown feature of WAR - Tome of Knowledge. It is very nice idea to gather all Lore and related information in one place. Also the bestiary, achievements, quest and a lot more info is placed there. WoW shall have something like this with no doubts.
Distant City Towers Date: 09/16/2008 And this is the second view of that distant city shown on other screenshot. Those towers looks very nice and a probably they are kind of entrance to the city (there is bridge as well).
High Tower Date: 09/16/2008 As we start near the tower in the village - it is nice to look at it's height.
First Kill and Bestiary Unlock Date: 09/16/2008 And here we have first mob kill for a first quest. Killing a monster also unlocked it's data in the bestiary (Tome of Knowledge) where we can read more about it.
First Loot Date: 09/16/2008 And here we have first loot from killed monster. Items are colored like in WoW - gray / white / green etc, depending on their quality and rarity.
NPC Meeting Date: 09/16/2008 The environment is alive.
NPC Prayers Date: 09/16/2008 There are a lot of NPC's and they do have their own businesses.
Wood Date: 09/16/2008 And we are in the wood. They are really nice and have great feeling.
In a Party Date: 09/16/2008 As we wanted to set up an guild (KotE) we've created my first party with other friends.
Meeting With Friends Date: 09/16/2008 And we met in human city to set up our own guild.
KotE Is Back Date: 09/16/2008 And KotE is back again. Cheers.
Crypt in the Wood Date: 09/16/2008 I love such a findings. Very climatic.
Wood Again Date: 09/16/2008 And the wood again. Nice. It is totally different that woods in WoW.
Monument and Towers Date: 09/16/2008 Very nice view.
Wood's Sprites Date: 09/16/2008 Some mobs in another foggy wood.
Enemy NPC Camp Date: 09/16/2008 Just a some quest survivors rescue awaits me.
First Public Quest Date: 09/16/2008 While venturing we entered into area of the Public Quest. This kind of quest allows everyone who is in the arena to participate in fight and get the rewards depending on their commitment. The nice thing here is that no pre-organizning like raid is needed. You just enter and fight :)
Public Quest Finished Date: 09/16/2008 And the boss is killed. As I've entered to the are just by passing by and shots only few arrows towards boss - no loot for me this time as my effort was no high enough.
Public Quest Again Date: 09/16/2008 So we start it again, this time from beginning :)
Public Quest Boss Again Date: 09/16/2008 And we have boss again. I must admit that fighting such as boss is like PvE stuff in WoW. You need to have tank to generate aggro on boss, have some healers to heal tank and party and have DPS who wounds boss.
Water Date: 09/16/2008 Water looks very nice.
NPC's Slain Dragon Date: 09/16/2008 The War is everywhere, this dragon was slain by NPC's after some nice fight. Do they have their own Public Quests ?
High Elves Outpost Date: 09/16/2008 And I've found another Elves outpost, there are a lot of similar places around.
Elvish Architecture Date: 09/16/2008 Those buildings looks very neat.
Elvish Outpost 2 Date: 09/16/2008 And another outpost.
RvR Scenario Date: 09/16/2008 And this is small screen from RvR scenario (more to come). This kind of place is like a Battleground in WoW - it is instanced, and all players who have signed to fight in it are teleported there once both groups are full. The goals are typical in this one - take control over 3 strategic locations or get 500 frags.
High Elves Outpost 3 Date: 09/16/2008 And we have another outpost, this time in the middle of the forest.
Nice Towers Date: 09/16/2008 Bah, those towers look very. I need to venture there, and to get inside to finish my quest.
Inside View Date: 09/16/2008 ...and I'm inside looking for quest items.

First City - Adunei 1 Date: 09/16/2008 This is first city I've found. It is quite small but looks very nice. There are a lot of NPC's - trainers, vendors and others. On the right side of screen you see my 1st profession - Cultivation. Seeding my own herbs for Alchemy is very nice idea :)
